The venue is a vast 200 m² space housed in a barn that has been restored in keeping with the traditions of the Pays de Bray region. Exposed beams, terracotta floors and a large fireplace give it an authentic and warm character, ideal for film shoots, photo shoots or staged events. The large bay windows provide beautiful natural light and open directly onto a ground-level terrace and a 4-hectare landscaped park.

Adjacent to the Barn, the Garden Area consists of a 250 m² reception tent. Fully equipped (flooring, heating, lighting, sound system), it offers great flexibility for production teams. The adjoining Rose Garden provides an elegant and structured outdoor setting, perfect for open-air scenes, filmed cocktail parties or nature shots.
