Some buildings in the area are classified and have notably undergone recent renovations, this is the case of our building which was completely rehabilitated in 2018.

Apartment 1: This atypical studio located on the ground floor is an old shop renovated into a comfortable apartment. It is located in the Vieux Port district in Le Panier. A pleasant and bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a separate bedroom.
An equipped kitchen with that little extra that changes everything, a Nespresso coffee machine available. Independent arrival is possible thanks to the secure key box.
