Beautiful villa with swimming pool sleeps 12 15 minutes from Nice

This beautiful Provencal-style villa, located on the hills between Nice and Monaco, is surrounded by a century-old olive grove.

The vegetation around the house is lush. There is nothing overlooked and you can swim in the private swimming pool with a magnificent view of the hills.

The villa consists of two floors:
- a first floor with living room, bathroom, and a bedroom
- a second floor with three bedrooms, shower room, small office, and a large veranda equipped with an American billiards table
An additional floor exists on the ground floor with laundry and a shower room with WC.

The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned

The rooms are composed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 double trundle bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed with mezzanine

Or 12 beds.

Plus 1 umbrella baby bed

Outside, there is a large ping-pong table and a 100m2 swimming pool area with deckchairs and parasols.
A 25M2 terrace overlooks the living room.

If renting for an event:
- the rental of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the tenant (in the house tables and chairs available for 18 people)
- cleaning the interiors and exteriors after the event is the responsibility of the tenant.
