Brick and Stone Mansion with Garden near Paris — Seminar & Event Venue

Built in 1905 on the banks of the Marne, thirty minutes from Paris, this fully renovated brick and stone mansion is where the charm of an early 20th-century residence meets a contemporary, light-filled interior.

The heart of the house is a spacious living room with a glass roof, opening onto a chef’s kitchen and a large dining table, bathed in natural light from morning to night. A second TV lounge and library offers a more intimate atmosphere.

Outside, a French-style garden with a pond, fountain and stone terrace creates a rare and perfectly designed setting, ideal for a cocktail or a break in the sun.

In the basement, a cinema room and a games bar (billiards, pinball, table football, arcade games) provide unique spaces for relaxation. The upper floors comprise four elegant en-suite suites and a dormitory, offering a total of five bedrooms, eleven beds and four bathrooms.

Ideal for: seminars and board meetings, team off-sites, private corporate dinners, product launches, photo shoots and film shoots (maximum 50 people).

Free on-site parking. Lagny-Thorigny station (line P, 35 mins to Paris Est) nearby.

Parties, weddings, birthdays and christenings are not permitted. All enquiries are subject to approval.
