We’re delighted to welcome you to our magnificent, light-filled and fully equipped loft, where we’ve provided everything you need: all you have to do is bring your own food or cook here.

Are you looking for a quiet and unique venue to find inspiration for a brainstorming session or a film shoot?

Would you like to organise a birthday party, a dinner with colleagues or a hen party?

We offer a bright, intimate space with an indoor garden to bring all your ideas to life.

Facing east with magnificent glass roofs and a large indoor garden, our lounge features a pedal piano, a guitar, two flat-screen TVs with projectors for your PowerPoint presentations, and several works of art.

The kitchen, which opens onto the indoor garden, features a large central island that doubles as a bar. You’ll have access to all the necessary kitchen appliances, plates, serving platters, drinks dispensers, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins and kitchen utensils to ensure your events run smoothly.

If you wish to find a quiet spot for a meeting or a phone call, you can retreat to the library, which is equipped with two computer screens and two printers.

There is also a large walk-in bathroom with a beauty bar and a dressing table equipped with a hairdryer and curling tongs to help you freshen up.

Finally, there is a toilet cubicle equipped with toilet towels for your convenience.

Nespresso coffee capsules and tins of tea are free of charge. So please help yourself!

We pay for the services of a professional cleaner for three hours before each booking. We also have four types of chair covers available, and you can choose your preferred colour (blue, orange, gold, red or terracotta) 72 hours in advance to match the theme of your event.

Ideal for: Adult birthday parties, baby showers, dinners / receptions / cocktail parties

Guests may bring their own alcohol
Outside food is permitted
Guests may cook on the premises.

Please note:
1) Pets are not permitted.
2) You must not open both panes of the windows
3) We advise you to always bring a Bluetooth speaker as a backup, in case you encounter difficulties setting up your mobile phone with the Alexa-connected speakers.
4) 30 minutes before the end of your event, please:
See your guests off
Put the dirty crockery in the dishwasher
Take your rubbish down to the bin when you leave

We arrange for a professional cleaner to clean the loft for 3 hours before your stay. You can also choose the colour (blue, orange, gold, red or terracotta) for the chairs at your party up to 72 hours before your event.

Beauty treatments and in-house catering services (per person) are available to order (breakfast, aperitifs, drinks, etc.).

Please note: We advise you to always bring a Bluetooth speaker with you, in case you have trouble setting up your mobile phone with the Alexa-connected speakers.
