Bright Villa with Vercors View & Garden in Charmes-sur-Rhône

Very bright, friendly villa with a view of the Vercors and a pond. This villa was created by my grandparents in the 1975s, who wanted to live in a place filled with natural light.

The villa has 3 independent bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people: 1 bedroom with dressing room with bathroom separate from the bedroom with 1 bathtub, 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet in the bedroom, and 1 bedroom with a toilet in the bedroom. The beds measure 160/200 (1 in each bedroom) and 1 extra bed in the largest green bedroom.

The 20,000m² garden has been tastefully and passionately designed by my husband in different places: French garden, vegetable garden, Provencal fountain, modern fountain, undergrowth, orchard, a pond with water lilies, in short a place where it is good to walk in all seasons. We also have peacocks, chickens, pheasant, dog, cats, pigeons...

On this family estate is also our completely renovated stone farmhouse.
