It offers plenty of space for events: a terrace with a swimming pool, a garden and a roof terrace with sea views and sweeping views over the city of Marseille. A lovely pétanque court completes the property. The sea is within walking distance, just a few metres from the house. The house also has plenty of parking spaces: 2 spaces in the indoor garage and 6 spaces in the driveway in front of the house.
