Our bistrot opens its doors a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi, in a picturesque Languedoc village. The former cooperative cellar at Poilhes has been transformed into an unusual place to welcome visitors in the colours of winegrowing.The ambience reflects the history of the long tradition of French bistrots with its Art Nouveau-style mirrored doors and its wooden counter. The bucolic garden, with its lovely shaded terrace and fountain, invites to take a break from everyday life.
