This late 17th-century farmhouse, completely renovated in 2024, offers a magnificent setting ideal for spending time with family or friends. It has 5 to 11 bedrooms, almost all with en suite facilities, air conditioning and WiFi, a large fully-equipped kitchen and bar, a cosy lounge, shaded outdoor terraces with barbecue, swimming pool and pool house, pétanque and other games.

* The kitchen area, the real centrepiece of the bastide, has been designed to provide a versatile, fully-equipped space that will meet all your needs for relaxation or group activities.

*The lounge, located on the first floor of the Bastide, is the ideal place to get together for a game of billiards or to warm up thanks to its wood-burning insert, providing a cosy spot to warm up on cold winter days. What's more, the underfloor heating adds an extra touch of comfort.

* The courtyard - Our outdoor area, nicely laid out in several small lounges, has been designed to meet the needs of a large group, while preserving the intimate atmosphere of the bastide. Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer our guests comfort and pleasure, especially in the sunny Uzège region of the Gard.

A large outdoor table under a pergola on the kitchen side invites you to enjoy meals al fresco while remaining comfortably seated, even in hot weather. What's more, our charming patio is equipped with a cooling mist system to provide welcome refreshment on particularly hot days.

Our gas griddle, cleverly placed in the outdoor area of the house, is the answer to all your grilling cravings.

*The garden by the pool
Bordered by a terrace and a lawn, this relaxing spot offers a host of pleasures.
The south-facing pool In the spacious garden of around 120 square metres, you'll find a large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. This pool is exposed to the sun from morning until night, allowing you to relax throughout the day.

*The Pool House is a multi-purpose room that welcomes you with a table tennis table and can easily be transformed into a gym or yoga room.

It's the ideal place for your seminars, team-building sessions, work sessions and relaxation sessions with colleagues, family or friends.
