Charming house and garden with swimming pool and pool house

Located in an enchanting setting on the Black Mountain with a 180° view, the house is absolutely sheltered from noise or visual nuisance. A place with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere, and “you feel good there”.

The one hectare plot has several corners for entertaining or relaxing: at the entrance to the house you will find a pond with water lilies and fish, then the orchard, the vegetable garden and the olive tree plantation.

Outside, the grounds have numerous spaces for setting up a reception: around the swimming pool, in the shade of the cherry tree, under the oaks in the woods or finally around the campfire for a country picnic.

Inside our house for 10-12 people you will find: a kitchen open to the 70m² living room, a white polished concrete floor, green walls, handmade furniture.
