This exceptional venue is an ‘Eiffel’-style building – an industrial site with rare charm, combining brick, metal structures and large glass roofs – in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, just a few minutes’ walk from the Maraîchers metro station.

The site is spacious and offers great flexibility in terms of layout and use, making it suitable for hosting exhibitions, showrooms, pop-up stores, conferences, fashion week shows, events and meetings alike.

The studios vary in size and the angles from which light enters, but they all share the sublime play of light and brightness created by the large glass roofs in each space. The site’s architecture, inspired by American industrial style — red brick and metal — opens onto a paved, enclosed courtyard with legendary charm, which we also make available for your productions (at an additional charge, or with a tailored rate for the outdoor space alone).

The outdoor area comprises an open-air courtyard, a courtyard covered by a glass roof, and a covered courtyard or garage.

Together, they offer a striking setting that transports you to another era.

The studios, ranging in size from 15 to 63 m², open onto the ground-floor courtyard of approximately 50 m². Uncluttered and flexible, they allow you to install your own sets, equipment and specialist gear. We also offer props on request — for example, a 1970s-style setting featuring a workshop/industrial-style table with tubular legs, an orange ‘space age’ television, or even an authentic green 1978 Vespa scooter.

Rates: empty space from €80 per hour; with decorative elements from €100 per hour. Quotes available on request, tailored to your needs. Minimum booking: 4 hours

The studios are spread across a spacious, quiet workspace, with access to the outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, a kitchenette on the first floor, and toilets.
