Nestling between vineyards and olive groves, our Domaine invites you to enjoy a rare experience in Provence. Facing the Sainte-Victoire mountain, this 470 m² bastide combines elegance, tranquillity and top-of-the-range amenities. With its two swimming pools (1 outdoor and 1 indoor) and private cinema room, it can accommodate up to 14 people in a confidential and refined setting.

It is a unique venue for your professional events - team buildings, seminars, working sessions and other professional gatherings in a discreet green setting.

The venue offers exceptional panoramic views of the Sainte-Victoire massif and the Luberon mountain range. This mansion, decorated with refinement and fitted with top-of-the-range amenities, rises over three light-filled levels.
On the ground floor, a vast entrance hall leads to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a convivial dining area, an elegant lounge with a large angled sofa, a smart TV and a wine cellar. All this living space opens onto a vast 250 m² south-facing terrace, offering direct access to the 15 x 5 m infinity pool.

The marbled kitchen combines aesthetics and functionality, and includes high-quality Siemens equipment: oven, induction hob with hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. For your meals, you'll find refined crockery and glasses to suit every taste, from wine to cocktails. A large solid wood table seats up to ten guests, for dinners in an atmosphere that is both warm and sophisticated.

This level also includes two bedrooms.
The first, facing north-west towards the Quille, has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a dressing room, a private shower room and a toilet.
The second, facing north, has a double bed (140x200 cm), fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. A separate toilet is also available on this floor.

Upstairs, an office-library area with armchairs precedes two magnificent suites.
The master suite, facing the pool and Sainte-Victoire, offers 70 m² of comfort: king-size bed (200x200 cm), spacious double sofa, bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin, large dressing room with mirrors, dressing table and private terrace.
The second bedroom, facing the old village skittle, has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), an armchair, a dressing room and a shower room with toilet. A separate toilet is also available on this level.

There are two further bedrooms on the garden level.
The first has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a dressing room and a private shower room, with shared or independent access from the garden level.
The second, simpler room, facing north-west towards the Quille, is laid out as a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm). A separate toilet is available on this level.
A separate maid's room, accessible from outside the garden level, completes this space. It has a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a shower room, toilet and double washbasin.
This level also houses a refined bar area, equipped with a fridge, freezer and dishwasher

In total the domaine has seven bedrooms, all fitted with top-of-the-range bedding to ensure a peaceful, restful night's sleep. Each room has an individual heating system for the winter and silent Dreo fans for the summer. The south-east-facing master suite enjoys soft morning light. The other bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with double beds, bedside tables and attractive lighting. The building has been designed to hotel standards, with an earthquake-resistant structure, and each room is equipped with a fire door, guaranteeing a high level of security that meets the most stringent requirements.

Air conditioning is available in the master suite and the living room, bringing coolness to the garden level. Fans are also available in the bedrooms

To help you relax all year round, our Domaine offers a complete wellness area: a private cinema room with five comfortable armchairs, and an indoor swimming pool heated in winter (12 x 4 m, depth 1.30 m).

Outside, enjoy the superb 15 x 5 m infinity pool (depth 1.70 m to 1.90 m), with its breathtaking views of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. The pool is open all year round (unheated), and is particularly pleasant between May and September. Multi-position sun loungers are available for you to enjoy the sun to the full. The landscaped garden, fully fenced and dotted with olive trees, also has a table tennis. A small ornamental pond completes the outdoor area.

A large table with ten chairs, comfortable armchairs and an electric griddle allow you to enjoy delicious meals al fresco, in a typically Provençal atmosphere.

Access for travellers
Ideally located in the heart of the Châteaux de Provence, between Aix-en-Provence, the Alpilles and the Luberon, the Domaine enjoys unspoilt natural surroundings and absolute peace and quiet, yet is only 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 25 minutes from Lourmarin. This exceptional property offers remarkable comfort and an idyllic setting for enjoying the Provencal way of life to the full, in total immersion in nature.

This recently built, south-east-facing Provencal farmhouse faces the majestic Mont Sainte-Victoire, made famous by Cézanne's paintings. Part of this massif, along with the Château de Vauvenargues at its foot, still belongs to the Picasso family. The mas, built from dry stone extracted from its own land, has been carefully crafted: each block has been hand-cut by a master stonemason from Gordes, bearing witness to a rare and authentic craft.

The farmhouse offers 470 m² of living space, in the heart of a vast estate of almost 6 hectares, carefully landscaped and planted with olive trees, vines, forests and Mediterranean species.
Although located in the heart of the countryside, the estate maintains a harmonious balance between isolation and local life, with a few discreet, unoverlooked neighbouring dwellings offering absolute tranquillity in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

A reinforced socket (domestic type 2P+T - 16A) is available in the garage for recharging electric vehicles. This is a standard socket for slow recharging. Travellers should bring their own compatible cable or adapter.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries (shampoo and shower gel).

The estate was conceived and designed by a daring interior designer driven by the ambition to create a place that is sober, warm and functional. Her work is based on perfect harmony between volumes, materials and colours, while placing the passenger experience at the heart of her priorities. The result is a unique space that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Committed to the environment, the Domaine uses efficient and responsible equipment: reinforced insulation, a reversible heat pump in the living room and master bedroom for optimum comfort in all seasons, and low-water consumption taps. We limit the use of single-use plastics, and provide colour-coded selective sorting bins to make recycling easier during your stay.

The Domaine is much more than just a rental property: it's the fruit of a friendly and passionate project dreamed up by the owners, two friends who are entrepreneurs in the upmarket hotel and property business. Their aim: to make every visitor feel immediately at home, in a place imbued with generosity and authenticity. Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
