A characterful venue in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement

Housed in former stables on Rue Montmartre, in the heart of Paris’s 2nd arrondissement, this distinctive venue has preserved all the charm of its equestrian past. Exposed beams, original horse stalls and a former jockey’s changing room create a rustic yet cosy atmosphere, halfway between a country house and a Parisian loft.

A venue designed with image in mind

The 270 m² venue is divided into six different spaces, each offering its own atmosphere and visual identity. This variety makes it possible to create several settings without changing location.

The two largest rooms are ideal for wide shots, group scenes and larger gatherings, with capacities of up to 60 people in theatre-style seating in each space and 70 people across the venue as a whole. A glass-roofed lounge offers a more intimate setting, while the kitchen is suited to warm, everyday scenes. The former jockey’s cloakroom provides a more textured and private backdrop.

Filming conditions

The entire venue can be privately hired, ensuring complete exclusivity throughout the production.

It is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and a sound system. Located on the ground floor at the back of a quiet courtyard, the venue is protected from street noise while remaining in the heart of central Paris, making it particularly convenient for filming logistics.
