Estate in the middle of the scrubland at the gates of Montpellier

Mas in the heart of the scrubland, privatization for your seminars or company meals: max 20 people for a seated meal or 35 for a standing meal.

You will have access to the outdoor spaces where there is the heated swimming pool, a pool house, a barbecue and plancha area. A large pergola can shelter your cocktail and for convivial moments: table football, ping-pong table and bowling alley.
Your guests will also have access to the Wellness Area which includes: a jacuzzi, a swimming spa and a sauna.
Before you can take advantage of these spaces, you will have at your disposal a 100 m² room, in which your work meeting can take place.

Accommodation:
The Mas has three independent accommodations (2, 4, 6 beds) spread across the estate:
- Accommodation 1 (private sauna and jacuzzi): 2 people 1 double bed 180
- Accommodation 2 Apartment of 100 m² on the first floor of an old barn: 4 people - 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
- Accommodation 3 triplex type: 6 people - 1 double bed 140 and 4 single beds.

Outside:
- Large heated swimming pool and its wooden deck
- Garden furniture
- Summer kitchen available (American fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, soda Stream)
- Large barbecue area (gas barbecue, traditional barbecue, plancha)
- Petanque
- Ping-pong table / Baby foot / Board games area.
- The Wellness Area of the Mas is included as part of the rental: Jacuzzi/Swimming Spa/Sauna/Hammam/Sports equipment.
