This 270+ m² apartment is on the entire top floor of a XV century palace in Via Meravigli, just a few steps from Piazza Cordusio and a short walk from both the Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle.
Conceived not as a tourist rental but as a private, invitation-only venue, the penthouse is ideal for corporate events, showrooms, private dinners, tastings and content creation. There are no beds and no overnight stays: guests experience the space as a sophisticated private home with the structure and reliability of a professional venue.

The Space
The penthouse occupies an entire floor of a prestigious residential palazzo, with sloping ceilings, several windows and architectural details that create an intimate yet representative atmosphere.
The apartment is composed of several generous reception rooms overlooking the surrounding streets and courtyards, interconnected in a way that allows a natural flow between welcome area, main event room, dining or presentation space and breakout zones.
A separate area, currently carpeted, is not used for sleeping but can easily be repurposed as a VIP lounge, wardrobe, backstage, green room or quiet breakout area.

The venue is on the 4th floor of the building and is reached via lift and staircase. For larger events, it is possible to arrange a host/hostess at the main entrance to welcome guests and guide them to the apartment, ensuring a smooth and discreet arrival experience.

To protect the building, the neighbours and the quality of each event, the following rules apply:
• No overnight stays and no beds – the venue is for events only
• Invite-only events – no open public parties or uncontrolled street traffic
• Respect for neighbours and common areas at all times
• Noise levels and end time to be agreed in advance
• No smoking inside the apartment
• Use of catering and cooking shows only with prior approval
• Maximum guest numbers must be respected
• Set-up and dismantling schedules to be coordinated in advance
• Security deposit and final cleaning fee are required
• Any additional event staff, suppliers and vendors must comply with building rules
