Exclusive loft in Florence

Unique in Florence! With its 5-meter-high bay windows, the loft is constantly flooded with light. Completely refurbished in 2023, it combines luxury, comfort and elegance, skilfully blending modern and antique, playing on light tones and luminosity. Family portraits stand side by side with designer furniture, and the Steinway grand piano sits majestically in the center of the room. Books are omnipresent, an integral part of the decor, with indirect lighting hidden in niches and behind the beams of an exceptional roof.

Two large bedrooms offer luxurious, serene intimacy. One of them, upstairs, features an old-fashioned bathtub for relaxing, with all the conveniences of an en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom features a large double sink in waxed concrete, as well as a beautiful walk-in shower.

Ideally located in the upscale Porta romana district, on the edge of the old city walls and nestled in a courtyard, it is discreet and secure. Away from the tourist invasion, but just close enough to enjoy the riches of Florence.

As a “Music Events Planner”, I can also organize an exceptional musical evening, divided into two or three parts with catering, a dynamic, rich and original evening in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
In addition, I can organize wine tastings, city tours on different themes, a team-building activity/discovery of golf at the oldest and most magnificent Ugolino golf course (30 minutes from the loft), a happening with a local artist, an Italian cooking workshop or a tour of the most beautiful Medici villas surrounding the city.
