🚕 For history lovers:
When it was built in 1914, our house was a telephone exchange dedicated to Parisian taxis. These were nicknamed the ‘Marne taxis’ after their strategic role during the war. A replica of these famous taxis can be found in the house. It stands against the old garage, now converted into lofts. And for a touch of authenticity, the original petrol pump is still in place in the courtyard!
