Former bookshop measuring 37m² on the ground floor with two large display windows. The space consists of a large room opening onto the two display windows, with a sofa and a table that can be extended to seat up to 12 people; an open-plan kitchen; and a relaxation area opening onto the building's inner courtyard (it is possible to eat at the small table in the courtyard). A 13m² bathroom is located in the vaulted cellar, directly accessible by a spiral staircase. The premises are secured by external metal shutters. It can be viewed by appointment. Minimum rental period 9 hours. We do not host events such as birthday parties.
