Built in 1907 and fully restored in 2008, this historic villa offers a unique setting overlooking Davos. Once used as the residence of senior physicians from a prestigious mountain sanatorium, it has retained much of its original character while benefiting from modern comfort and amenities.

Guests can gather around the fireplace in a cosy lounge setting, while the wood-panelled sitting room with large windows offers panoramic mountain views. The dining area is integrated into the salon and features a solid wood table seating up to 12 guests. For larger gatherings, the space can accommodate cocktail receptions for up to 90 people.

A separate office and fumoir provides a bright and inspiring environment for meetings, private discussions or creative sessions. Equipped with a solid wood table for up to 10 people and modern technical facilities, it is particularly well suited to executive meetings and workshops.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and guest toilets on each floor. The interiors preserve the charm of the original residence while incorporating contemporary facilities. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Located on a peaceful, car-free mountain terrace approximately 300 metres above Davos, the property enjoys a privileged position just 50 metres from the neighbouring hotel facilities. A private funicular connects the area to central Davos Platz in approximately 4 minutes, followed by around 5 minutes to reach the Congress Centre. Ski lifts are also located directly outside the property.
