Additional pricing details :

- The premises are rented in their entirety (210m²); - The minimum rental period is 8 consecutive hours per day; - Rates vary according to high and low periods and the nature of the occupier's activity (fashion, art, events); - During "peak periods" (the main cultural events in Paris : Fashion week, Artbasel, ArtParis, Paris art design, Paris photo, etc.), in principle the venue cannot be rented for less than the official duration of these events, at the rate applicable to these periods. * Rates for peak periods are available on request. - During "low periods", the venue is hired for a minimum of one day, and weekly hire is preferred; * For example, rental for a pop-up: €15.7K excl. tax/week. NB.  Prices quoted are exclusive of tax and commission;  Prices include the supply of consumables (soap, paper towels etc. a tea and coffee basket is provided, drinks beyond this are extra);  Prices include the supply of utilities (heating, water, electricity) and cleaning prior to occupancy (additional cleaning, at the occupant's expense, may be requested by the occupant during the period of occupancy, or required if the condition of the premises so requires after vacating the premises);  Prices do not include the hire of additional furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) or services that the occupier may require during the period of occupation (buffet, drinks, management, etc.). In this respect, for any additional services (buffet, drinks, musicians, DJ, audio/video/lighting equipment, security guard, etc.) we can put you in touch with our selected partner service providers - The venue is equipped with 3 anti-intrusion systems, 2 for the ground floor and one for the first-floor showroom);
