Historic Monument Venue with Panoramic Views in Marseille

Overlooking the Old Port, the venue offers a spectacular setting steeped in history for your seminars, film shoots, cocktail parties or corporate events. Classified as a Historic Monument since 1969, this 5-hectare heritage site is gradually reopening its doors to the public after 360 years of closure, and is now becoming a real place of life, culture and creation.

With its wide terraces and breathtaking views over the harbour, Notre-Dame de la Garde and the Catalan quarter, it offers modular outdoor spaces that can accommodate up to 1,000 people in an immersive atmosphere combining heritage, innovation and conviviality. It also offers offices for rent, providing companies and cultural players with a unique, inspiring working environment steeped in history.

The restoration of the hitorical site relied on our association, which has been active since 2002 in the development of integration projects and vocational training dedicated to the trades of old buildings. Every year, it trains several hundred people, while restoring this historic monument in accordance with the rules of the trade.
