Versatile House for Film Shoots and Events in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine

A bright, 200 m² house spread over four levels in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, with a garden, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. A versatile venue, easily accessible from Paris, which primarily hosts film and photo shoots, as well as meetings and corporate events.

Filming and photo shoots
Fiction, adverts, music videos, interviews, photography or branded content: the variety of rooms and levels allows for multiple scenes to be shot in a single day, both indoors and outdoors. The living room with its bow window, unobstructed views and south-west aspect provides beautiful natural light. The environment is generally quiet, though occasional noise disturbances are possible. The house is not soundproofed. A site visit is recommended for sensitive sound recordings.

Meetings and seminars
A large meeting room, a lounge for informal discussions and a garden for breaks: a welcoming setting for board meetings, training sessions, workshops and team-building days.

Business events
Corporate cocktail receptions, product launches, press events or networking gatherings, with two kitchens, including a summer kitchen by the swimming pool. The venue does not host private parties or festive evenings.
