Its two city balconies overlooking the Arc de Triomphe are ideal for a coffee break, no worries about the noise pollution of the city, the apartment has double glazing, roller shutters and air conditioning for peaceful nights .

The apartment's two bedrooms are each accessible from one end of the living room. The first bedroom has 2 double beds, one of which is on the mezzanine. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed as well as a television and a storage cupboard. It has a door opening onto the corridor which leads to the bathroom as well as the kitchen & dining room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, American fridge) it is functional and overlooks a small, very quiet interior courtyard. The bathroom has a corner spa bath and a double sink.

Montpellier city center is pedestrian and does not have free parking! You can get almost anywhere by tram, you can give me your route if you want to go somewhere, I will tell you the quickest route.
