Exceptionally, this fully habitable work of art is unveiled as part of the IMMERSIONS* artistic performances and is extended to host rare moments for your photo shoots and film shoots in a unique setting, your executive committees, meetings and creative sessions.

A 20 m² space that can accommodate up to 8 people seated on uniquely designed chairs and 12 standing for immersion or filming.
Around a single table, the space can accommodate up to 6 people for an exceptional meal.
A chef can be called in to extend your extraordinary experience.

You have the opportunity to work in a place with purified air, where the water is purified and the lights change in accordance with the natural rhythm of the sun.

A mediator will guide you through the work and serve you freshly brewed coffee, champagne selected by the world's best sommelier or L'EAU FRISSONNANTE (a drink created by the artist).

The creator of the place called on 100 talented French craftsmen (from ancestral know-how to high technology), and they outdid themselves alongside artist and engineer Milène Guermont for the work MAISON GUERMONT. She questions the limits of art by revisiting certain ancient techniques and adapting them to our modern times (purified air, depolluted water, heated glass?).

* An IMMERSION is an artistic performance lasting 1 to 3 hours led by the artist Milène Guermont for a maximum of 10 participants.
