Nestled in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, the venue is a former 1912 electricity substation that has been rehabilitated into an independent, festive and committed art centre. Since 2017, this arts venue has been hosting a multitude of events - screenings, concerts, performances, exhibitions, debates and meetings - and bringing together players from diverse backgrounds who share a common vision: that of building a fairer future.

With its 1,200m² of modular space, it can be adapted to a variety of events, including launch parties, fashion shows, screenings, previews and cocktail parties.

The venue comprises the following areas:

- the forum: on the ground floor you will find a 276m² rectangular auditorium with very high ceilings. Capacity for 350 people standing and 180 seated. The back of the hall gives access to the projection room. Lighting and sound equipment in the main auditorium and projection room. The main area can be used in a variety of ways: concert hall, theatre, projection room, debates and seminars. A bar that can be customised to suit your event.

- a mezzanine mainly used for exhibitions. Maximum capacity of 100 people standing. Two dressing rooms for 20 people each, which can be used for meetings, exhibitions, artists' dressing rooms, etc. A control room is available on the same level.

- the 45m² projection room. Maximum capacity of 100 people standing. Equipped with a projector and motorised projection screen. This space can also be transformed into a back stage, depending on the event.

- a basement - available for private functions, film shoots and music rehearsals. The room has no sound or lighting equipment. Used for showrooms, debates, meetings and seminars.

- kitchen fitted with professional equipment: fridge, dishwasher, sink, oven, 2 microwaves:
- 3 toilets, including 1 PRM.
