Located on the site of a barn, our beautiful, renovated, characterful hall under a farmhouse roof, with a surface area of 200 m² and a fully-equipped catering area of around 25 m², has a maximum capacity of 130 people. It opens onto a terrace and a large 2000 m² lawn-garden which, in summer with its rose beds, gives an enchanting air to the place.

The room can be used for all types of event (team building, seminars, training courses, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, concerts or any other event).

Our site has a gîte (sleeps 15), 3 guest rooms and two suites (sleeps 15 in total) and a dormitory (sleeps 6) with a private bathroom.

We offer spacious parking for 30 cars.
By car, the farm is 1 hour from Paris, or 1 hour from Troies.
The nearest station is Longueville, 5 km from the farm. This station is 1 hour from Paris Gare de l'Est.

History of the place :

La Ferme is located on the site of a former Benedictine priory, built towards the end of the 10th century and now no longer extant, itself probably built on the site of a Roman villa. A watchtower was added to the farm in the 15th century, and it still dominates the village and its valley today.

In the early 19th century, a building used as a cow shed and granary was added to the south, closing off the courtyard. The estate remained a farm until the 1970s, when it was abandoned for over a decade before being bought by the former owner.

The farmhouse was converted into a bed and breakfast, gîte and reception room in 2004, when 5 bedrooms were built in the former granary of the building to the south. Later, in 2009, the barn was converted into a reception room, and the former stable was converted into a gîte.

A place steeped in history, just a stone's throw from the superb 11th/12th century Romanesque church of Saint Loup de Naud, the farmhouse has been given a new lease of life.
