200 m² Loft Studio in Chateau-Thierry (45 min from Paris), with a mezzanine, dressing rooms, beams and attic space, entirely open plan, with a studio/workshop feel.
Generous volumes, 4m high ceilings, carpeted floors, large thick black stage curtains, metal structures (IPN), mirrors and modular areas.
The whole space was designed by a film production company as a multi-purpose film set: atypical living space, creative studio, rehearsal space, production office, backstage, etc.

Rates include private use of the loft-studio, standard cleaning, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs for up to 10 people. For more than ten people, there is a surcharge of €15/person. Day = 9am-6pm, evening = 6pm-00am, half-day = 4 hours. Any hour started after this time will be billed as an additional charge. Optional on-site manager available on quotation (reception, opening/closing, venue management). Preferential rates available for recurring bookings or filming over several days.
