About the venue

Come and recharge your batteries during a business seminar or a friendly or festive family event in an exceptional, rural setting full of beautiful energies, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages.
Located in the heart of Gâtine Poitevin between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin, the estate has an 8 hectare park and a 10 hectare pond surrounded by woods.

Privatization for seminars or celebrations

At your disposal :
- two rooms of 100 m² - traditional room usually used for meals (70 seats) and insulated air-conditioned marquee yurt often used for celebrations and dancefloor (90 seats).
Each room is equipped with dishwashers, large fridges, tables, chairs, cutlery, etc.

- a gîte (6 bedrooms and a living room convertible into a bedroom),
and up to 10 accommodations of 2 to 4 bedrooms, for 2 nights, free management:
- 3 chalets (maximum capacity 7 people)
- 7 mobile homes (max capacity 7 people)

In short, you can privatize up to 35 rooms, including 5 on the covered terraces of the chalets, 17 double beds, 47 single beds, bunk or not (including 4 for children).
The total capacity is 70 to 85 beds excluding sofa bed.
