Beautiful, peaceful location on the Antibes hills. Outdoor area of 3000m² planted with Mediterranean species, magnificent sea view, very large saltwater swimming pool (14x6) with diving board. Several terraces, barbecue and pool surround with sun loungers.

A swimming pool studio is available, with toilet, shower, kitchenette with oven, microwave, 2 fridges and a freezer.
A sofa is available inside.

In case of rain, we offer a fallback solution in the living room of our main house.

Possibility of organising business meetings, seminars, outdoor co-working, cooking workshops or private events such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc.

L’hôte a été très réactive et compréhensive par rapport à nos besoins.
Son jardin est tout simplement splendide, très bien entretenu, une vue majestueuse. Au niveau de la pratique, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut : prise électrique, parasol, etc

Agnès et son époux ont été très accueillants et très conciliants. Une très belle villa , un cadre magnifique pour tout vos événements. Le seul bémol c'est que comme les voisins à côté sont dérangés par le bruit, il faut faire attention aux décibels
