Born Norma Jean Mortenson and baptised as Baker, Marilyn Monroe faced many hardships before becoming the star and beauty icon we know today.

This flat tells the story of Norma Jean before she became Marilyn: an authentic, still unpolished personality, like an uncut diamond. Set in a former bourgeois building dating from the 1900s, the flat has retained its mouldings, marble fireplaces and original tiling, thus preserving all the charm of the era.

As in many flats, the centrepiece is the living room. Long and bathed in light, it features three distinct living areas. Its denim-blue hue emphasises its originality whilst highlighting the room’s brightness and its restored period parquet flooring.

This distinctive character is also evident in the bedrooms, particularly in their black-and-white shower areas, but above all in the master suite, which features a magnificent white freestanding bath.
