The flat features a large, fully fitted kitchen opening onto a 30m² open-plan living/dining area, perfect for scenes of everyday life or interviews.

There is a table that can be extended for your meetings (seats up to 12).

For your productions, three additional rooms are available:

- A children’s bedroom, which can be used as a separate room or for making calls

- A second bedroom measuring 16m²

- A cosy bathroom with a walk-in shower
