It is a small house of 55 m² with a garden of 150 m², built in 2021.
There you will find a living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace and the garden, a master bedroom and a second sleeping area with private bathrooms.

The living room / kitchen is approximately 35 m² opening onto an outdoor terrace of 45 m² (a dining room table which can accommodate 10 people). The master bedroom with its private bathroom + WC can also be transformed into a reception area without the bed.

The house is ideal for renting for events, during the Olympic Games, but also for a few weeks the rest of the year depending on periods of high demand.
