Nature Retreat Venue in Estoher with Mountain Views and Event Spaces

Discover this plot of land located in Estoher in the heart of nature. Close to tourist sites such as Eus or Villefranche-de-Conflent, 1 hour from the high mountains and 40 minutes from the beaches, close to amenities Prades 10 minutes and Vinça 5 minutes by car. It is also very accessible by car, not far from a tarmac road. Near hiking trails and there are the flat stones not far away (Spot beautiful river for swimming).

A 1000-litre water tank is available for cooling off in the middle of nature.
Then there's an open greenhouse area with a small stage or workshops measuring 15 m². Tropical decor with flowers, banana trees, etc.
A shaded area with tables and chairs in front of the bar and next to it for 30 people.
There is also another 17m² covered stage
A cosy area in the colours of Africa, ideal for events, nature retreats etc...
We have installed solar-powered lights and a 50m 230v garland for the evenings.

The price is €20 per person per day. And the group rate is 450€ for the day.

We have a 20 m² outdoor kitchen with a kitchen side and a bar side. There's a sink, 4 fridges (2 with freezers), a stainless steel gas fryer, a stainless steel warming cabinet with 7 trays, a coffee machine, an ice-maker and crockery for 30 people, including our own cutlery, plates and cups.
We have a 6000 watt diesel generator. (Hire and deposit separately).

African or Catalan meals available on request (for groups only). In aid of a charity.

It has 3 levels:
Large car park on the 1st level, you have to go down some stairs to get to the 2nd level where there are two dry toilets. On the 3rd level is the relaxation, party and camping area.

Possibility to unload heavy things with the wheelbarrow or for the handicapped to go down by another way but it is necessary to be accompanied and unfortunately not yet of WC.
