The space
Beneath its original steel framework, enhanced by a carmine-red ceiling, the Opéra Room combines industrial character with contemporary comfort. 
The skylights, over 4 metres high, flood the space with natural light. Solid oak flooring, mouldings and a living wall combine to create an atmosphere that is both warm and decidedly unique, a far cry from standardised seminar rooms.

Multiple layouts, one space: 
- Island layout, ideal for collaborative workshops, small-group training sessions, co-design and working lunches.
- Theatre-style layout, for up to 50 people, facing a large 96-inch screen, perfect for plenary sessions, conferences, product presentations and general meetings.
- Cosy layout, with modular sofas on castors, rugs and coffee tables. A relaxed setting for board meetings, brainstorming sessions, after-work get-togethers and cocktail receptions.

Both rooms are fully modular and can be adapted to suit different event formats, from workshops, training sessions and executive meetings to conferences, product presentations, press events, seminars, working lunches and cocktail receptions.

Depending on the room and configuration, the venue can accommodate up to 85 guests in theatre style, around 70 participants for collaborative workshop formats and up to 85 guests for cocktail receptions. Different layouts can be arranged, including theatre, U-shape, islands, large collaborative tables and more informal lounge-style configurations.

The venue is fully equipped for professional events, with high-speed Wi-Fi, large presentation screens, 4K video conferencing equipment, microphones and sound system, flipcharts, whiteboards and extensive writing surfaces. A wide range of workshop and teaching materials is also available.

Modular furniture includes tables, chairs, high tables, sofas and lounge furniture, allowing each event to be configured according to its needs. A dedicated coffee area with bar, coffee machines and refrigerator is also available, as well as a cloakroom and restroom facilities, including accessible facilities.
