The venue features a cathedral-style living area with a ceiling height of around 5 metres, large floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-plan kitchen with a central island and contemporary décor.

The interior space, measuring approximately 42 m², flows naturally onto the terrace, making it perfect for events that blend indoor and outdoor settings.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

The indoor space allows us to host smaller events suited to its size: meetings, workshops, photo shoots or intimate gatherings. For events primarily held on the terrace, a contingency plan or rescheduling must be arranged in advance with the organiser.

A PRIVILEGED SETTING THAT RESPECTS ITS ENVIRONMENT

The venue is situated within a private residence. We prioritise high-quality, small-scale events in a friendly atmosphere that respects the neighbourhood. Noisy evenings, DJ sets and parties with amplified music are not permitted.

Each project is assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure an experience tailored to the venue and the organisers’ expectations.
