The space has a black-painted tarmac floor and smooth, blank white walls.
It has neon lighting in the ceilings and can be easily adapted to different types of project: photo shoots, filming, rehearsals, casting or one-off events.
Furniture is available on site (chairs, sofa) and a video projector can be made available if required.
The studio is available by the day or half-day.

Our art gallery, housed in a former wine storehouse refurbished by architects Fabre de Marien, combines raw charm with modernity. It is ideal for hosting a variety of events: exhibitions, seminars, private parties, product launches, or any occasion that deserves an exceptional setting.

Description of the premises - 173 m²
Large space with window overlooking the street (125 m²): This light-filled space offers a wide opening onto the outside, with the option of closing the blinds for a more intimate setting. This flexible space is perfect for large-scale events or presentations.
Small gallery to the rear (48 m²): This second, more confidential, raw-style room is equipped with a video projector, making it ideal for screenings, meetings or workshops.
