Post-industrial type space in the mountains

Nestled in the heart of the Megève mountains, this former 18th-century mill and sawmill has been transformed into an elegant space with an industrial style, offering a unique setting for private or corporate events.

This 100 m² space, with its unique architecture, enjoys plenty of natural light. The blend of raw materials such as wood and metal creates an atmosphere that is both modern and authentic, reflecting the character of Megève. The 50 m² east-facing terrace also offers exceptional panoramic views of the mountains.

From Monday to Friday, this space serves as a co-working and dining venue. As such, you have access to the existing furniture and can arrange the room to suit your needs (armchairs, large and small tables, chairs, benches, high tables, etc.). You can connect to our Bluetooth speakers to create the atmosphere you desire and, on request, we can equip the room with a video projector and a white screen. High-speed Wi-Fi guarantees fast internet access throughout your booking. A large private car park is available right outside our venue. Please note that the kitchen is not available for use and the venue does not offer on-site accommodation. However, we can arrange accommodation in the immediate vicinity upon request.

Located just a few minutes from the centre of Megève, our venue is easily accessible. Its proximity to the A40 motorway allows for quick access from major cities, whilst offering an exceptional natural setting. Allow 1 hour 10 minutes by car from Geneva, 1 hour 15 minutes from Annecy, 1 hour 45 minutes from Grenoble, and 2 hours 30 minutes from Lyon.

A catering service is available on our premises and offers a full range of culinary options. This service must be booked in advance.
