Rental conditions:

The Villa is open all year round, summer and winter alike.
Privatisation of the house requires a minimum booking period, which varies according to the season :

Low & mid season: 1 night minimum

High season (June to September): 2 nights minimum

July & August: no special events (the Villa is reserved for quiet stays only)


Each overnight stay corresponds to a full 24 hours, with arrival and departure at the tenant's discretion.
👉 For example: arrival at 5pm means departure at 5pm the following day; arrival at midday means departure at midday the following day.

This flexibility guarantees that you can make the most of the Villa, according to the pace of your event.
