THE NEW ADVENTURE :

This Private Beach embodies an assertive South American identity, steeped in Colombian, Mexican and Argentinian cultures. It is a remarkable fusion of South American flavours, offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience created by our Colombian chef, Juan Arbelaez. The design, by Studio Oreka, reflects this boldness. Based in Saint-Tropez, this transdisciplinary architecture studio, founded by David Granata and Karine Mery in 2018, is known for its bespoke designs and originality. Oreka has signed iconic projects such as the Hôtel des Lices and the Salama restaurant, combining innovative materials and designer works for unique and emotional spaces. The cheerful, ambient atmosphere will last until dusk, with a grand piano in the centre of the room adding an elegant, musical touch, creating enchanting, intimate moments.

With a wealth of experience gained in prestigious gastronomic establishments in France, he has fused the techniques of French cuisine with the vibrant flavours of his native Colombia.
