A variety of meeting and work areas:
- The 600 m² courtyard framed by plane trees is at the centre of the one-and-a-half hectare estate, with its houses organised around a large 600 m² courtyard.
- The wooded back garden with its petanque court and large 15 m swimming pool overlooks the large meadow,
- 2 reception/meeting rooms: the 50 m² glassed-in orange grove runs alongside the courtyard, with another 50 m² room in the pool house overlooking the swimming pool.

The estate has several accommodation options:
- La luciole: a 60m2 private house with a private landscaped garden. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 double beds and 1 with 1 double bed) and 2 bathrooms, as well as a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Sleeps: 8
- Papillon: private house of 70m2 with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and a sofa bed in each bedroom) and 2 bathrooms as well as a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Sleeps: 10
- Libellule: private house of 75m2 + mezzanine with an independent private garden. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 double beds and the other with 1 double bed), a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a mezzanine with 4 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. Sleeps: 14
- The pool house: 180m2 house with a large living room, open kitchen and private garden with independent access to the swimming pool. Sleeps 8
- flats Cigale 1 and 2: 25m2 studio with kitchenette and closed bathroom. Each studio has a double bed and a 2-seater extra bed. Sleeps 4 in each studio.
