- 3 large tables (6 people each) + 2 medium tables (4-5 people)
- 2 parasols
- 1 small barbecue
- 2 deckchairs, 1 garden sofa, 2 garden mattresses for relaxation
- Children's games: swing, balls, badminton, board games
- 2 small bluethooth speakers for music if required
- Water point and outside electricity
- Large tarpaulin to put under a walnut tree in case of light rain (not waterproof in case of heavy rain)
- Extension cord to the bottom of the garden (perfect for inflatable games etc.)
- Large free public car park nearby
- Access to toilets, and kitchen if required (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker)

🎵 Friendly atmosphere: music allowed at reasonable volume
💧 What if it rains? Don't worry: your reservation can be postponed free of charge.

🧹 Conditions: The garden and indoor space must be left clean and tidy, as when you arrived.
Please respect the environment: no cigarette butts or confetti. Please leave shoes outside when you come inside.
