Rental Workshop Meeting room - 50m²

An atypical and modular space of 450 m² in Marseille, available for rental for your events.

In order to encourage exchanges and break the ice during meetings between clients, partners or employees, we wanted to create a space so that while remaining close to the city center of Marseille, it is possible to enjoy, for the time of a day, a calm, bright, friendly and stimulating space.

Between the loft, the workshop and the house, it is a modular place designed and adapted for your professional events. You can of course organize your professional events, conferences, training sessions, seminars, workshops, meetings, team building, cocktails at our event space.

This former printing works located in Marseille has been converted into several spaces:
- A 35m² meeting/training room: 20 people seated
- A 40m² meeting/training room: 20 people seated
- A 50m² meeting/training room: 45 people seated
- A 100m² conference room: 70 people seated
- A reception area of ??80m2
- 2 courtyards and garden

Combined, these spaces can accommodate up to 120 people, with the possibility of catering, meal trays, photography or booking an outside restaurant. These spaces are equipped with a video projector with projection screen and Wi-Fi internet access.

This place also hosts exhibitions that will brighten up the atmosphere and delight your guests!
