Rooftop panoramic view of Nice and the sea

On the top floor of a building located 10 minutes' walk from the Promenade and the sea, easily accessible by streetcar, bus or car, I offer a space comprising a very large east-facing terrace (rising sun) of 60 m² with a unique view of the sea, the city of Nice and the mountains, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room (with another breakfast kitchen area) opening onto another west-facing terrace of 30 m² with a view of greenery and the airport sea (setting sun), a bathroom and toilet.

There's also a very nice room for 2 people with a view of the sea and the city (possibility of sleeping 4 people (two comfortable single beds in the living room)). Full view of the Nice fireworks. Ideal for dinners with friends, company dinners, aperitif dinners, company meetings, product presentations, small events or simply a zen vacation for couples.

20/25 people maximum and loundge music permitted until 11:30 pm. Half-day, full-day and evening rentals. Ideal for yoga, meditation or personal development seminars, corporate meetings.

Plenty of tables and chairs on site. No on-site parking.

I'm a chef and can prepare dinners and aperitifs for you.
