An exceptional contemporary seaside villa, designed as a unique venue for hosting your private, professional and creative events, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop.

Built in 2017 by TOGU Architecture, the villa offers 175 m² spread over three levels. Its contemporary architecture has been designed to open the house up to the sea: light floods in everywhere, and most rooms have a direct view of the Mediterranean. The spaces are light and fluid. Thanks to the three levels, it is possible to organise several distinct areas within a single event, such as a workspace, a reception area and a quieter corner to retreat to.

Inside, the double-height living room offers a spacious and versatile living area. It is equally suited to hosting a meeting, a dinner or a cocktail party. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living areas, making it ideal for hosting a caterer, organising a cookery workshop or simply enjoying a convivial moment together. The villa has three bedrooms and a guest bedroom, two bathrooms and three toilets – a valuable convenience when entertaining guests.

Outside, a large 60 m² terrace extends the house out towards the sea, complete with a 7 × 2.5 m swimming pool. It naturally becomes the centrepiece of any event: pre-dinner drinks in the sunshine, a cocktail party at sunset or dinner under the stars. The villa can accommodate up to 50 people for a cocktail reception.

For business purposes, the villa provides an inspiring setting for seminars, meetings, board meetings and workshops, seating up to 14 people. Far removed from traditional meeting rooms, teams find peace and light here, with the sea within sight, to reflect, create and reconnect. Brands also organise product launches, press presentations and client events here in a setting that truly stands out.

For creative professionals, the villa is a truly natural setting. Its architecture, the light that changes throughout the day, its swimming pool and its sea view make it an ideal location for photo shoots, film shoots, music videos and branded content.

The villa is also well-suited to yoga or Pilates retreats and wellness breaks. The sea-facing terrace and the tranquillity of the location create the perfect setting for morning practice, meditation and relaxation. It also hosts masterclasses, training sessions and small-group events in an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming.
