It is just 30 metres from the St Gervais-Megève ski slopes known as "Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc" and only 8 minutes' walk from the town centre.

This single-storey chalet has been carefully restored using natural materials, with exposed beams creating an elegant and warm atmosphere with a refined decor and neutral colours.

In summer, you can enjoy the magnificent garden and heated swimming pool (open from May to September) with its breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding countryside.

The outdoor sauna, pool house, petanque area and children's cabin will give you plenty of time to enjoy with family and friends, and relax after a great hike.

Surrounded by the Mont Blanc massif, lakes, thermal baths and the resorts of Megève, Les Contamines and Chamonix, this chalet is the ideal base for a relaxing or sporting holiday in summer or winter.

Alternatively, a short walk takes you to the Mont Blanc tramway station, which can be seen from the chalet's kitchen window and which climbs to the pass above Les Houches resort, providing access to the Voie Royale du Mont-Blanc.

There are many activities in the area (paragliding, flying, dog-sledding, climbing, skiing, hiking, thermal baths) and many excellent restaurants.
