I offer a large, typically Haussmann-style flat of 105m² for photo shoots or filming.

The flat comprises an entrance hall, a double living room, an office/library, a bedroom, a shower room/wc and a spacious kitchen. It is furnished in a minimalist style (Bauhaus as well as designer Fronzoni), and everything can easily be moved around to suit the style needs of the production.

All the rooms have typical wooden floors and ceiling mouldings typical of the period. Two fireplaces (in the living room and library) bear witness to the past. The flat has retained pretty details such as the hand-crafted single glazing in the double living room (a slightly undulating effect when viewed through it). In the entrance hall, there is a painted glass window overlooking an inner courtyard.

The large windows face north, providing a lovely soft, diffused light. The flat only gets direct sunlight in the early hours of the morning in summer, and in the bedroom at the end of summer days (facing north-west)

The flat is virtually unoverlooked, while the bedroom has a balcony overlooking the green park opposite.

Situated in one of the most picturesque streets in a beautiful part of Paris (the Butte Montmartre), the flat also offers convenient access to outdoor filming if required.
