Studio Loft with Natural Light in Clichy

This 220 m² studio loft features a ceiling height of 4.50 metres, supported by a north-south-facing skylight running the full width of the space and an exposed steel framework. A modular fabric sunshade allows natural light to be adjusted to suit the requirements of a photo shoot or film shoot. The main studio floor is organised into five distinct areas, designed to facilitate a seamless transition between creative work and hosting events.

The venue is situated at Porte de Clichy, in the 17th arrondissement, in the immediate vicinity of the ring road and served by metro lines 13 and 14. Access is at ground level, with the option of lorry access for deliveries of equipment or set pieces – a major advantage for film crews and production teams.

A metal wall provides a space for mood boards, prints or presentations without the need for complex mounting. The fully equipped kitchen, centred around a solid wood island, extends the set into a more convivial space, complemented by a lounge, an office area and a dressing room.

This layout is ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, workshops and agency events, with a capacity of 12 people seated or 20 standing. You are free to choose your own caterer, and the venue can be hired exclusively for a minimum of three hours, making it equally suitable for a product launch, a showroom or a pop-up exhibition.
