This venue in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, with its two modular levels of 350 m² each, has been designed by our team in collaboration with architects to be the perfect venue for business days and parties alike!

An atypical 700 m² venue just a stone's throw from Paris's vibrant République district.

Comprising four areas, this venue has been completely redesigned by our team to create a multifaceted space that can meet your needs depending on the event you wish to organise:
- the 220m2 studio and 30m2 library, bathed in light, on the ground floor
- the 180m2 glass roof and 50m2 bistro and terrace with its cosy, hushed atmosphere on the first floor

Cancellation Policy

Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.

If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
