Equipment : Sound system (included) Glassware (not included) Crockery (not included) Table linen (not included) Drinks : If you bring your own drinks, we charge a corkage fee. This will be invoiced after the event on open necks only. Staff : Manager (included for inventory and on-site supervision) Head waiter/waitress (not included) Divers (not included) Housekeeping (not included) 📦 Delivery & equipment - Drinks can be delivered the day before (times to be confirmed with the venue) - The caterer will have to be delivered on the D-day. (times to be confirmed with the venue) 👨‍🍳 Staff & service - The caterer must arrive fully prepared and may only use the kitchen to prepare the dishes, using items supplied by the caterer. - If necessary, we can provide head waiters/waitresses, invoiced by the hour. - Your caterer will also be responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use. 🎶 Music - DJ performance with your own DJ (requiring his equipment). A prior meeting can be arranged to ensure a smooth set-up. - Bluetooth connection possible or we can set up a playlist for background music, in keeping with the activity of the theatre just below.
