Privatisation rates include all rooms and the gîte, as well as breakfasts. Rates are adapted according to the period, the number of guests and the number of rooms required. Complete privatisation of rooms: from 4pm on the day of arrival to 12pm on the day of departure (2pm if brunch is included) Low season: January to April (except 28 March weekend) and October to December The €9,000 package is for a one-night stay during the week (Sunday-Thursday). For two nights, the rate is €13,500. Weekend (Friday-Sunday) - €11,000 for one night and €16,000 for two nights. High season: May, June, 1st week of July - last week of August, September Weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) in high season: Privatisation for one night: €11,500, two nights: €15,000 Weekend (Friday-Sunday) in high season: One night: €13,000, two nights: €18,000

Cancellation Policy
Moderate: If the booker cancels up to 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 90% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels between 14 and 30 days before the event, they will be refunded 50% of the full price of the booking.
If the booker cancels 14 days or less before the event, they will not receive a refund.
